Fedor stood in his own way.

If he wanted to fight Randy all he had to do was sign with the UFC.

He is the one who has no excuses for not making the fight happen.

He was guaranteed more money and an automatic title fight to sign with Zuffa and he ran away to fight the likes of Choi, Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, and Jackie Chan.
