He refused to name it "Fedor Emelianenko centr",and suggest to name it "Saint Vicount Aleksanrd" (Russian history hero).
But anyone calls it "Fedor Centr" anyway =))

No its not.
Its Fedor+Sambo Federation+local goverment project.
And its not really a camp,like Couture have.
This project is focused more on training kids in sambo,boxing,judo.
And for a public performances.

Looks cool. I imagine Stary Oskol might be quite out-of-the-way for ordinary Russians, so I wonder how many people will actually make the trip to visit.
