This is the first one that came up. Sounds ok.

Chunky Potato Soup
Ingredients -

4 medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
3/4 cup chopped Onion
1 small Carrot, chopped
1/4 cup chopped Celery
1-1/2 cups Chicken Broth
3 tablespoons Butter, cubed
3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
2-1/2 cups Whole Milk
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
3/4 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 cup shredded Cheese

Preparation:

1. Add cubed potatoes, chopped onion, chopped carrots, chopped celery, and chicken broth to stockpot.

2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.

3. Reduce heat to low. Cover stockpot and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Lightly mash.

4. Add butter to small saucepan. Melt butter over medium heat.

5. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk.

6. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat. Simmer 2 minutes.

7. Stir into potato mixture. Simmer 5 minutes.

8. Stir in chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

9. Remove from heat.

10. Stir in cheese until melted.

I don't know a good bit of the stuff on that list, but I refuse to search it and add to their success. I had no idea Wanda Sykes was still around, let alone that popular. What is she even doing?
