It's more along the lines of saying "Fedor would destroy Kimbo"... It is the person with a TON of hype (Gina) but limited experience against one of best and most accomplished in the sport (Tara).

I think Gina is very skilled, enjoys being in the fight game, and is definitely not doing it just for the fame and/or fortune. That being said, she hasn't really fought any of the top female fighters in the world, yet is treated like she is the best. Like Kimbo, she is mostly fighting girls who will fight her in a way that plays to her strengths. She is a decent fighter with some potential, but her looks are what got her to where she is right now. If she wasn't so hot, she would still be currently fighting on the under-card of a king of the cage show.

I don't hate on Gina for any of these things, because they make sense for her and Elite from a business perspective. I hate on her because she never makes weight, even in a weight class that was invented just for her. To me, that is just not very professional of her and shows that she is not taking this as serious as she should.

Why does everybody think that every girl's goal is to get into acting or modeling? It's as if you don't want Gina to continue with mma career. If you listen to her, you'd know she doesn't pay attention all the fame and notoriety she's been getting lately and that she is seriously focused on her career as a fighter. Nobody earns a 12 and 1 Muay Thai record by not being serious about what they do, and this was before she got any media attention for what she did.

yes, that´s a good question. She is pretty and i´m sure that many b-class movies and tv-series would sign her with pleasure. She has showed fighter´s heart and will to speak for female mma. I hope she is strong and keeps fighting and doesn´t go to act b-class movies
