Yep I noticed that there were a bunch of empty seats but still Dream 3 was great. SSA is a huge arena so packing it is an awesome task. I hope for MMA's sake that Dream makes it. The last thing any MMA fan wants is a Monopoly.

It was only their third event and the attendance was higher than most of the UFC's. TS are you bitter or something, or are you their financial advisor?

21,700+ people is still 21,700+ people. That was still a good turn out but has the UFC even proved if they can sell out a 37,000+ seat arena?? Trust me, I bet you they will pack the house, and I think they can do it on NYE when Fedor's in town.

True. Its just that they are an org fan instead of being an MMA fan

Well, Dream cant even fill the stadium, if anyone of you UFC bashing fruits didnt have your blinders on you might have noticed that the entire upper half of the arena was dead empty. Not a soul in sight, and there were even empty seats on the lower tier. If Dream cant fill that arena they must not have much interest from the Japanese fans. Pride could not survive on a full house, Dream is doomed to fail if they dont start filling those seats.

pride couldn't survive on ticket sales and american pvp buys alone. they needed japanese tv. dream is on japanese tv.

dream will succeed once they get better names fighting like cro cop and fedor. but still, i'd rather pay to see ufc 99 then dream 13 anyday. i might eat my words later. oh well. good luck to wanderlei. dean of mean is gonna have his hands full come fight day. greg jackson's gotta have some ingenious strategy up his sleeve come fight day.
