Elite needs some real talent before I start thinking about who will be the champ of mediocrity.
Women's division excluded.

Did you really put Ken Shamrock as a contender?

Frank Shamrock is so powerful, that he signed two exclusive contracts with two companies, who would probably not have worked together, that made them work together.
All joking aside, Frank signed with both organizations, which nearly brought the two promoters to go to court fighting for his exclusivity. They finally agreed to just co-promote events that featured Frank on the card. In the end, it worked out well for both companies and for Frank as well.

Nice list. Plus, EliteXC has access to many other good fighters through cross-promotion and fighter exchanges. They have a close partnership with DREAM and they have put on good successful shows with Strikeforce twice already. EliteXC is a decent organization despite how anyone feels about their network TV show. They usually put on good exciting shows and they have some decent talent in their roster.
