I'm rooting for Hellboy and I think he can do it. The only thing I'm worried about is Alvarez's size and strength. I wish we could have seen this fight in the semis instead.

Thats a fight eddie would dominate imo, thats the perfect matchup for eddie. I'm more afraid of Hansen than i am Kawajiri, stylistically wise.

I think Alvarez will win this one. Alvarez looked impressive in every WW fight for bodogFIGHT (aside from the Thompson fight) and he has looked great so far at LW. This is a tough one to pick because Hansen is a great LW in my opinion.

I see it like this, Eddie is a good wrestler with great ground and pound, Hansen has the much more polished stand up, a better chin, shit takedown defense but a great atomic knee when fools shoot on him and the better submission grappling of the two.

So I see Hansen taking this by tko on the ground after hurting Alvarez standing, or KOing Eddie on a shot attempt or submitting Eddie!

You said hansen has much better standup than eddie?, better chin? how has he proven he has a better chin at LW? eddie took some huge shots from a harder hitting fighter than hansen. And standup is pretty even, if anything i give eddie the hands advantage. On the ground eddie will be too strong for hansen, hansen has better bjj sure, but the size and strength advantage is too great. Hansen CAN KO eddie, if he wins thats how he will win, i don't see him subbing him or beating him in a decision, eddies cardio and pace will definitely test hansen if it goes past the first.
