everybodys saying that he got totally dominated. even the sherdog play by play said that. i watched the fight, and diaz wasnt getting his ass handed to him that bad. he got dropped once and that was about it. diaz did get 2 takedowns and landed a couple of shots.

let it go bro....he was gettin his ass kicked....he got dropped by a right hand when he threw a low kick...and he got his face smashed in by a perfectly timed knee when he tried to shoot in on KJ.....the round was easily KJ's. Diaz's hasn't looked too sharp in his last 2 fights.

Nick was getting too outclassed to even waste time describing the shit (as the Sherdog PBP did pretty fine with that, as did the Dailymotion video replay). It's now beyond apparent that he needs to lay off the pipe and actually focus on the shit that pays his bills. So much talent and so little clue what the fuck to do with it.

Huge Diaz fan here, he was getting his ass kicked. You can be a guys fan, dont hug his nuts and dont throw facts and logic out the window. Clearly getting his ass handed to him. I woulda loved to see how he responded in the later rounds, but fuck they stopped the fight. I can ony hope they give him a rematch.

I will never understand these threads.. I like Diaz and thought he'd win, but he CLEARLY got his ass handed to him by a better fighter that night. (maybe not every night, but he certainly was that evening)

Diaz is definately better the longer a fight goes. His conditioning and ability to take punishment make him extremely dangerous in the latter rounds.

...but goddamn!! He got his shit pushed in. Plain and simple. He came out flatter than Keira Knightley...

Now, I wanted Diaz to win just as much as the next guy, I hate Noons, and Diaz should have been allowed to continue if he wanted to. The cuts were under control, and he had his bearings about him...but that round was definately 10-8 for Noons.
