The card, IMO, started really good and then nearer the end slowed down. I also really laughed when Paul Daley got warned about swearing then went on to drop the C Bomb on live tv.

ta mate.
Nice win for your buddy hope you guys had a good time after the show.
Yeah the prelims were awesome, I think people who missed them either because they weren't aired or what not should buy the dvd when they can.
there was mad cussing on this live event, had me stitches looking at that dj borg guy's face every time.

Lol at Ziggy, he came to my gym last tuesday I think, maybe the week before, and kept banging on about how he wanted to come as many times as he could because its a great way to keep fit..
now, I knew then something was suspect, but for the life of me didnt think he would train to fight..
I know it was his first lesson, and now he has gone to lsf, but he cant take instruction in and absorb it, he was told simple things, and he couldnt do it right... he has a lot of work to do if he is to fight this year like he says...infact, id take that fight as my first mma fight, and become a national hero

Ross has been with us from just befor his fight with Dean Bray. His lack of ground game has now gone but he still has so much to learn and so much to offer. Ross has just took so many bad fights in the past which is bad for confidence. He has improved so much.

yeah man all there was proabably 3 to 3 and a half thousand people at the event i think. saw a a bit of the telecast today, it's was weird hearing fights being called and how loud the event acutally was. They come back, they'll probably get better numbers at that show, word of mouth in Birmingham should ensure that.
