If the CSAC testing keeps medical tests confidential, then there should be no way Buentello would know.
Aleks would have a tort action against the CSAC for invasion of privacy (public disclosure of private facts).

Holy Shit! that's one hell of an accusation to make dude...that constitutes a HUGE infringement to privacy, if that was true Aleks would never need to fight again for the $$$ he could make suing Buentello's ass.
But i can't imagine it is...i really don't think he would be THAT stupid to come out and admit that to a fan, could possibly destroy Alek's career...no fight would ever want to step into a ring with someone infected with Hepatitis.

furthermore, if this is true and paul told some random guy about aleks' blood problems that is fucking weak of him.
as other posters have pointed out, even if he does have it its not certain what it means to his career since we dont know the type.
say for instance that he has hep A, if he is able to clear himself with the commission before his next fight by taking medicine then he still has black mark on his name as having hepatitis.
way to continue to speculate and drag aleks' name through the mud.

I didn't do it to drag his name through the mud. I did it to to give insight as to why he was pulled out of the fight with Buentello.

Honestly wouldn't surprise me if Aleks had Hep C. If thats the real reason he didn't get medically cleared that really really sucks.
