Brett Rogers: How would you market this guy?
Here's a heavyweight in Elite XC who has decent standup skills, but that mohawk - it just seems out of place with him.
What's the future for this guy? Showdown with Kimbo or Bigfoot?

One thing is for sure, Rodgers has heavy hands. I think he needs to keep stepping it up in terms of competition. I wouldn't be surprised if he took on David "Pee Wee" Herman in a battle of unbeaten's.

I would deffly like to see him fight herman,
on a side note, I think James Thompson should retire....how many times does he have to get KOed in the first round (or first min for that matter) before he realizes this isn't the best idea for him

He shouldn't be in there with Bigfoot or Ricco,Kimbo makes sense and would be a nice fight to watch.
Would be a nice test for Kimbo.
Let Kimbo get another two or maybe three wins under him then let him step up and fight the likes of Ricco.

its weird thompson does great in japan and not so good everywhere else
im sure dreams will utilize the mega punk's services
as far as brett parker,i dunno, this promotion really needs more hws or they are gonna go through their possible fights pretty quickly
he showd he could use the cage to get up pretty quickly, although james really missed the boat on getting on top of him after the takedown

I would market him as the black Tim Sylvia.

LOL That's kind of what he reminded me of.
I couldn't put my finger on it, but I think you did.
More a reason to give the guy a makeover. Elite XC has plenty of ugly looking heavyweights (Kimbo, Big Foot). Why have any more ghouls?
He needs a better gimmick then a mohawk.
