I like the promo and the mystery man's head is shaped just like Arlovski's. I looked at the fight card an they had Pedro Rizzo as 5' 9". That can't be right can it?

edit: Pedro is listed as 6'1" on Fight Finder. Maybe Affliction spent to much money on Michael Buffer?

i'm real interested in this card ,but don't understand why every new org that comes along is "owning" the ufc. aligning yourself w/ an org doesn't make you cool or a better fan. just appreciate what each brings to the table.

Yeah they're not owning the UFC. I'm sure the UFC would rather they didn't put it on, and would have liked to have had Fedor but they aren't going to cut into UFC business THAT much.

Their 2nd event is not going to be until October, with their 3rd in February and after that they're re-evaluating, according to an article on MMAWeekly.

He does. I cant wait to see him in action again. I see him beating Whitehead in the first round by sub. I hope he gets a few wins together and comes back to the UFC for a big homecoming. There are so many big fights in the 205 division.

Hopefully they pull this together soon. It looks like they still have work to do in getting fights together but they need to leave enought time to promote the event.
