Adopting Fedor's Training

Considering the overwhelming success that Fedor has, wouldn't it make sense for most Mixed Martial Athletes to adopt his trainign regime?

I understand that a lot of his success is due in part to genetics (as is most success found by most athletes), but even still I believe it would benefit the majority of fighters greatly to adopt, at least in part, his training regime.

What do you think?

no because certain training works great for 1 person but doesn't for another ... fighters at that level know whats best for them

This is what I was going to say. Fedor's training works for him because he works out the specific areas that are important to his game. If for example Cro Cop trained like him he'd have smaller legs which would hurt his kicks and sprawl.

Don't forget that many many top-level MMA fighters succeed in spite of their training regimen. Just because the guy has the most success doesn't mean his physical training is the best.
