I was deadly truthful. It's been flirted with and rammed down our throats so much I'm sick of it. Right now I just want Randy to stop being a pre-madonna with the UFC and Fedor to fight someone fans actually care about.
It's a more realistic dream.

well until fighters fight there is no argument of the result -only speculation of the possibilities- afflicition is paying fedor $2 mil to fight timmy- no ppv- 1st show -even mark cuban -mr billionare himself is not throwing that money around- minus the foul language my point is a read that u appearantly did not get.. that is fedor is a great great fighter but at this point in his career he is rightfully gonna pick his matches- the reason fedor vs randy would have been a great fight is that the ufc was gonna market fedor as the invinsible russian (ala rocky 4.. yea?) vs the ageless wonder- captain america - just thinking about i'm hyped but somebody convinced randy that he could make more money if he fedor outside of the ufc- problem is who else can package and market a fight right now than the fuckin ufc... see now fedor fights against timmy - if fedor loses why would randy even bother.. if fedor wins (yea most likely leg lock rd 1) without taking any damage then the fedor vs randy would be worth watching - but who ever puts this fight on is gonna be bankrupt- except for the ufc- see shit no matter what

it's a MMA fight, i don't want to wait a life time and then have it "NOT" happen.... in all honesty I don't give a shit. Randy's old, Fedor hasn't fought anyone good (in my opinion) in years.... it's just a bullshit fight that I wouldn't pay $2 bucks for.

I don't think it's ever going to happen. And really, why should it? Randy won't stand a chance... Have Fedor fight Barnett och someone instead, much better fight imho.

I personally think that Fedor v Josh Barnett would be more interesting than Fedor v Randy, but a lot of speculation has been thrown about in the media and by the fans, and so I'm definitely interested in this fight happening to give us some closure on the whole thing.
As has been said, people are sick of waiting and the 'will it, won't it' nature of the fight,, but if they signed the contract in blood tomorrow morning and was on soon, I genuinely believe that pretty much everyone here would be tuning in with great interest.

I'm pretty sure Fedor owns all his own footage.

Even though I eventually just voted 'no' I considered 'not interested' for a while because, not only did I never think Randy stood a chance, but with all the hype/drama that has occured since then I know it would never live up to it all, especially as time passes and Randy gets older.
Fedor/Sylvia sounds good, so do Fedor/AA or Feder/Barnett, or even Randy/Nog for the UFC belt, which might then justify Fedor/Randy, but otherwise I can't say I care all that much
