You can tell how cool Serra is by when...

He found Shonie's book laying out with all he matchups.

You could tell he was bothered by it but he brought it up to Shonie in a very cool way, kinda making a joke about it but at the same time getting his point across.

Someone like Laimon or any of the other early TUF meatheads no doubt would have flown off the hook and made a huge deal out of it.

I met Serra at UFC 50 and at a Grapplers Quest and I must say he's one of the coolest fighters I've ever met.
Word of advice if you ever meet him, don't bring up his brother, because he's really disappointed that his brother took the lazy route instead of furthering his mma career.

No, this is not true.

Matt is very proud of his brother Nick.

Also Nick 'the mad monkey' Serra still fights, fairly often, and kicks major ass.

dont be shocked to see him in the UFC (again)

That whole thing with the journal was ridiculous. They had a teaser the week before like it was going to be a big deal. They're really hurting for material outside of the gym.
