Would you have trained with Rashad?

If you were on Team Rampage, and you lost your first fight as most of Team Rampage did, would you have accepted Rashad's offer to train with him and his team to help prepare his fighters for their fights?

I'm torn with this. I understand why Rashad asked for training partners for his team since he didn't want his team mates training with each other in case they fight each other in the semi-finals. And I would love the chance to train with both coaches from a knowledge standpoint.

But at the same time, I understand guys from Team Rampage not wanting to disrespect their team/coaches by doing that.

I'm not sure what I would have done. Well, that's not true... I would have taken the Kimbo approach: "Nah, I'm straight, dog."

It would suck to pass up an opportunity to train with Rashad and Greg Jackson though.

What would you have done?

Fuck Rashad. He ain't really doing much more than Rampage. His coaching staff seems more competent than Rampage's, but whatever man.

Kimbo: "You either ride or die."

I would have wanted to, but they really can't in that situation. You can't leave your coash then your whole team would hate you.

yeah id train with the other fighters....its just training. kimbo says "ride or die" but whats the difference in him training at att in florida and going to new mexico to train with greg jackson after the show? isnt that disrespecting his ATT coaches? no, its cross training with an opportunity that may not present itself ever again.i would be a sponge and want to learn from anyone there that had something to show me...no one asked them to pledge allegiance to rashad or wear "team rashad" jerseys. it was an opportunity for the guys who have already lost and are out of the competition to work with a whole new group of guys.

Would have walked away in disgust like Big Baby or told Rashad to fuck off.

If he would have said something like "I really want my guys to not have to train with each other in practice before they fight each other. If any of you want to you can come over and train with me?" Then i might have.

Just cant stand him being a lil shit after losing.

Exactly what I was thinking. You're only there so long, why not learn everything you possibly can?

Don't forget though, after the show when no cameras are on you, it might be different to agree to train with another set of coaches.

When Rashad puts you on the spot on national TV and in front of your team and your coaches though?

Yeah, I don't think I would have done it there.
