TUF pic over octagon...Another slap in face for Serra?

I found it an interesting fact that, above the octagon in TUF, we see a pic of Griffith and Jackson, with Anderson Silva on the right and George St. Pierre on the left. Griffith and Jackson are on the pic for obvious reasons... they are the coaches. Anderson is a current champion so his mug there is self-explanatory. St. Pierre, however, I thought was an interesting choice. On UFC.com, it's still Serra's pic that is shown as the champion, and to not put Serra's pic there instead is... well, it just doesn't sit right in my head.

Ok, so it's pretty much an absolute certainty to the masses that St. Pierre will win the belt back in a week (though I'm really hoping Serra makes lightning strike twice!), but C'MON, the current undisputed welterweght champion is SERRA!! Screw all the interem belts (silly concept to begin with), Serra is the champ... his mug should have been on there.

Serra must be Rodney Dangerfield's long-lost bastard son, as he too, like the late great comedian, just get's no respect.

Are you sure it's GSP?

actually, i don't see a problem with it...GSP is a much better candidate for a UFC poster boy, he is well mannered, a great athlete and total role model for a sport who most people think is populated by barbarians

an as much as i love serra, he has a foul tongue and a bit of an attitude, and usually does not have alot of good things to say about other fighters....unless they are from his gym.

It does seem kinda odd serra gets no recognition. He did win the first fight.

That said, I'd bet on gsp

They have a picture of serra in one of the locker rooms, the one where rampages coaches were preparing the fighters.
