TUF is a help. I do not agree with the 0-0 fighters getting instant popularity without paying their dues, but TUF tends to produce some pretty good prospects. Ask Shogun, Karo, Liddell, Diaz, and the numerous others who have lost to the guys from the show.

I think that after the third season of the Ultimate Fighter, people began to jump on the bandwagon and it became too much about the reality show than the actual fighters. It is too bad, it's like too much of a good thing

dana white is an idiot.
he is only in the business for the money.
he is getting rid of some of the best fighters on the planet.
when i heard that AA might go cause he had "boring fights" i thought, is there a such thing as a 'boring fight'?
being a smart fighter and boring fighter are 2 different things.

I think TUF is a good thing, most of the time. it really helped make the UFC what is today, and we all know it wouldnt be as popular without the show. but like some said, guys who have only had say 1 pro fight, or none, getting right into the UFC cause they were on the show is bull. they should have to pay their dues and prove themself before they get a big time 6 figure deal, liek the veteran fighters of today did

tuf has surprisingly gotten terrible with this last season. it seems really rushed, and some of the fighters on there are pretty fucking retarded. the first and second seasons were very entertaining but now it just looks like a bunch of cavemen acting like 6 year olds.

so my answer is that it helped (past tense) mma in the beginning but then it became a burger king commercial.

This TUF sucked alot I mean only a few of the fighters were actually good. A really good season was season 5 man they were all true fighters and deserved a spot in the UFC
