All the fights on the show were exhibitions as far as the NSAC is concerned. Otherwise, the UFC would have had to post the results, and that would spoil the outcome of the show.
However
The UFC counts the semi-final rounds as part of the fighters' pro record, because those fights had three scheduled rounds (unlike the earlier fights that had two scheduled rounds and a third in the event of a tie). That's why the UFC said Amir had a win and CB had a loss going into the finale.
The Semi's were 3 5 minute rounds which are counted as real pro fights...You'll notice that Jesse has another win now too, and Tim has 2 more losses...Cb now has 2 losses
the semi finals on the show count as fights on ur record
it never has before... why would it count now? Even when the fights were 3 rounds... it was still exhibition. Look at Nathans record.

The UFC also tried to claim that Royce Gracie was undefeated when he fought Hughes. The UFC says whatever it wants to get the biggest bang for it's buck.
After re watching it today, I noticed during the fight intros it listed Amir as 1-0. I wondered if he had a fight after the show finished, so I used the fight finder and his only pro fight was against CB. Even after the fight the graphic said 1-0. Someone I talked to claims to think that his first CB fight counts, but I told him it was an exhibition therefore it doesn't matter. So was this a screwup or did Amir have some undisclosed fight before the finale?
The semi-s counted as a pro fight. that's why they were 3 rounds and not the normal 2 rounders like the rest of the show

And they often refer to Huerta as undefeated.
UFC counts what they want to count.

To be fair they said "undefeated in the UFC" for Royce, not undefeated. It's not dishonest but was a backhanded way of making him sound better than he was.
