Terrible quarterfinal matchups
Roy Nelson vs. Justin Wren
Brendan Schaub vs. Jon Madsen
You'v got the two dominating wrestlers, the veteran, and then the athlete.They matched up the four best fighters against each other. My guess is they want to make sure that those are gonna be good fights, but those guys really don't deserve to fight each other, and thats not how a tournament is supposed to play out. I'd rather have the two best guys in the finals but we're probably not gonna see that. Dana probably doesn't want Roy or Jon to win anyways. Plus we don't know if everyone not in the finals is even gonna make it on the finale. BS

I'm pretty sure that Roy Nelson, Brendan Schaub, Justin Wren, Kimbo Slice, Marcus Jones, Jon Madsen and Darrill Schoonover will all get fights on the Finale regardless of what happens on the show. I mean it's only a month away and right now there are only 7 rumored fights counting the finals. If they only done 10 fights they could pretty much give everybody that won in the 1st round a fight.

I am not sure those are the 4 best guys on the season, although I hated the Madsen/Schaub matchup.
But once Dana let Rampage pick Marcus' opponent, then you were going to have to see at least 2 of those guys fight.
It appears they were trying to create some excitement in matchups by matching a couple strikers together in the other fight.

The Justin Wren v. Roy Nelson fight sucks because I had those two in the top 4. I had Madsen around 5-6, I think Schaub can submit him.

Off his back? Because I am not sure Brendan can stop Madsen's takedowns or reverse position.

It would be awesome if Matt isn't allowed to fight and Kimbo takes him spot against McSweeney. I can't stand the guy, something about him rubs me the wrong way. I believe he's one of the few people who Kimbo can beat.
