Suck Balls? That offensive?

I'm not seeing a thread on it, although I assume I'm wrong. That being said, we knew he was a big baby. No nickname has ever better suited a fighter, but sheesh, chill out Marcus.

Here is my impression of Marcus: "Hey, my family is watching this show! I don't want you being a bad role model to my children! So I'm going to demonstrate how to pout and whine and threaten violence. I'll make sure to ignore the fact that my coach is chronically threatening violence and harrassing people and using terms far more offensive then 'sucks balls.' I'll also conveniently ignore that the President of the entire org has been dropping f'bombs since season one and in so doing I will act shocked that someone would write something as offensive as the phrase "sucks balls" on such a classy show like TUF which I would have otherwise expected to be very child appropriate."

I don't think it was an issue of the level of profanity, rather, he was just pissed due to the personal nature of it.

That might be true. I mean can you just picture his kids convulsing into tears when they saw that someone would be so frighteningly evil as to write the phrase "Sucks Balls" about Daddy! They may wonder if Dad indeed sucks balls. This may have scarred his kids for life.

Not everyone goes around with this stupid jocky wannabe culture that some of these guys (McSweeney is a fucking douche) have. Marcus Jones just seems to be a pretty fragile guy and not everyone laughs at seeing "sucks balls" graffitied next to their name.

I took it as him just being insecure about his status amongst the crowd. He hadn't fought yet and he was the nicest guy and biggest team player at the house, sounds like he treated everyone there with respect. To come home and find someone saying he sucks was just disrespectful to him.

I dunno how your teams have been but you can tease your teammates about their attributes but to say they're without skill or effort is calling the guy out. Coming from the NFL he probably took it to mean they honestly thought he sucked. And squashed it right away. I mean if Schoonover had put a stop to Rampage's namecalling the first day the whole world wouldn't know him as 'titties' now. Instead he let it go on to long then let it show how easy it was to rile him up, and now folks don't even know his real name.

Marcus has the perfect mentality. He's all chill, but then something totally random makes him want to rip arms off. And it's not posturing.

Yea, Marcus was acting like the TUF was such a wholesome show that he even lets his kids watch it and now they will believe thats what he does? lol.

I was thinking something very similar. His children, well no children actually, should probably be watching that show. Just due to the use of colorful language and inappropriate goings on.
