I was actually thinking the same thing the other day. As terrible as last season was it would be nice to have some fighters with talent. I'd definitely be all for it.

They should it again, but with younger fighters. They've let a ton of younger vets go. They would still be "new" to most fans.

Definitely agree, i thought it was a great idea the first time and it would be a great idea to do it again in different weight classes.

EDIT:- And it also gives the chance for them to do a heavyweight version as i'm sure they could find 8 HWs to come back.

also, a season of JUST heavyweights too would be awesome. they could hopefully find like 4 or so out of 32 and sign some new talent... at least get new HW's to feed to their top ones now...

Lesnar, Mir, Vera, Werdum, Gonzaga, Herring... who's left? eddie sanchez? mccully?... um thats it

The problem is I'm not sure who's still on contract and who's not, but here are some of the guys I would put on a "comeback" show, even with the language barrier for all the non-English speakers (of course, some of these guys are under contract for other orgs, but I wonder how many would jump at the chance to come back to the big show?):

HW:
Dan Bobish
Dan Christison*
Travis Fulton
Keigo Kunihara
Kevin Jordan
John Marsh
Mario Neto*
Soa Palalei*
Sherman Pendergarst*
Josh Shockman
Wade Shipp*
Assuerio Silva*
Wes Sims

LHW:
Alex Andrade
Wes Combs*
David Heath*
Rex Holman
Carmelo Marrero*
Homer Moore
Jeff Newton
Seth Petruzelli*
Hector Ramirez
Elvis Sinosic
Victor Valimaki*
Mike Van Arsdale
Cory Walmsley*

MW:
Steve Byrnes*
Joe Doerksen*
Ryan Jensen*
Terry Martin*
Flavio Luiz Moura
Jorge Patino
Chris Price
Jordan Radev*
Andrei Semenov*
Curtis Stout
Amar Suloev*
Steve Vigneault
Crafton Wallace*
Rob Yundt

WW:
Ansar Chalangov*
LaVerne Clark
Tony DeSouza*
CJ Fernandes
Brian Gassaway
Jason Gilliam*
Kuniyoshi Hironaka*
Jess Liaudin*
Brandon Melendez* (why does he even try to make LW?)
Jutaro Nakao*
Derrick Noble*
Koji Oishi*
Chad Reiner*
Jason Tan
Keith Wisniewski*

LW:
Nick Agallar*
Junior Assuncao
Jason Black*
Luke Caudillo*
Alberto Crane*
Jason Dent*
Terry Etim*
Brian Geraghty*
Justin James*
Joe Jordan*
Naoyuki Kotani*
K-Taro Nakamura*
Michihiro Omigawa
Aaron Riley*

I asterisked the guys I thought could comeback and have a realistic shot at making it in the UFC. I know a lot of their records don't necessarily reflect that, but it's my opinion.

I definitely think they should have another comeback show, I just hope it isn't something corny where the majority are former TUFers or something.
