Meh.

Ross is 2-2 in his post-UFC career. He has been schooled by two very good fighters and beat two mediocre fighters. He needs to string together more than one win in a row or beat someone of consequence before I'll believe he is 'getting better'.

I guess if losing 2/3rds of your fights is "getting better".

Do you understand you can get better even if you lose a fight... I'm sorry but a W/L record is an extremely stupid way to judge a fighter.

He said that he "guessed" he should have been a "little more" respectful to Forrest.

I could improve one of my turds by dressing it up real nice, throw a couple sprays of Ralph Loren Romance cologne on it, maybe even wrap it with a beautiful pink feather boa. But at the end of the day, it's still a turd.

I don't want to see someone in the UFC with a 6-10 record. Just like you wouldn't want to see a pitcher get called up to the major leagues after he just blew 2 saves and has a 7.00 ERA in the minors.

I respect the hell out of Ross. He showed balls by taking that Bisping fight on TUF when everybody else chickened out. But I'm sorry, your wins are what get you to the big leagues my friend, no matter how you try to paint it.

I laughed at the "great guy" statement. Last time I checked a "great guy" doesn't talk disrespectfully to someone whose higher up on the food chain and has proven himself. His cardio is crap, he gassed in the FIRST ROUND. Even I can make it to the second.

The guy you originally quoted didn't say anything about Ross Pointon getting into the UFC, he was answering the question that the TS asked about if Schultz has taken a career hit from being on TUF. He ment that Ross' career hasn't taken a blow from being on TUF but he has instead picked up his game, thus the same could happen to Schultz. You can improve your career without getting to the highest level.
