I don't think this talk from a fighter usually amounts to much. I mean, if you really do have them figured out, the smartest thing would be to not say a word about it! The only intelligent use for saying something like this is when it's B.S.. Just something to make your opponent question his gameplan right before the fight.

Anyone have any guesses as to what he's talking about?

IMO, if Rashad goes in there with good takedown defense and throws bombs, he can pull this out. If he can't defend the takedown, then he will be a victim of submission in the first round.

Unfortunatly (or fortunatly depending on your point of view), it will probably end via submission.

the prefight talk usually isnt too much truth. though, sylvia did say he had something about arlovski, which i believe turned out to be an uppercut thrown when arlovski does his overhand right. also, sometimes, when you figurre something out, sometimes guys just like to get it out there, theyre excited

I wish more fighters would just say something really retarded when asked about their gameplan. "I'm going to hit him with a steel chair then hit him with a barbed wire bat. Maybe throw hiim through a table or two." It answers the question, and you won't look like an idiot when your "secret strategy" turns out to be the same old shit or something that no one actually notices.
