Forrest looked out of shape
Lol dam did u guys notice how out of shape Forrest looked last night. He had his shirt off for a couple mins or so and dam he had a pretty big gut and his muscles didn't look no where near as tone as we are used to seeing him....
I guess that's part of mma though for big time fighters...to break for a few months and get out of shape, then get back into shape. Just wasn't expecting Forest to look like that.
Rampage has yet to take his shirt off, I bet he looks worse, lol. But dam, Forest looked rough too not shaving and shit. Don't get me wrong either way he's a great fighter, just thinkin aloud.

Forrest has always looked like that and he isn't fat, it's just bad posture.

You look bigger the leaner you are. He's MONTHS out of a fight there and he himself has said he lumbers around pretty near 240 when he's not well into camp.
So you're talking about a guy pretty much 2" taller and 15-20# heavier than Mirko.

He also might be trying to bulk up and put on as much muscle mass as possible before cutting down for Rampage fight due to rampages huge 205 physique, I would guess rapage to be 230-250 now, just looking at him. Many body builders do this in the offseason, they add alot of calories and bulk up to ultimately cut down and as a result put on a few lbs. lean muscle mass.
He is notorioulsly a workaholic in the gym, so I would be very surprised to think it wasnt completely intentional and strategic.

I agree...he looked the same to me as usual. I've always thought he looks too thin on weigh-in days.
