Patrick Shultz and Andy Wang comparison

Two F%#king ROCKHEADS!

Andy wang a bjj black belt and decides to brawl in all his matches

Wheras patrick shultz a brawler, who claims to train with Mark delagrotte in MASS, just wants to go punch for punch.

I respect his toughness but when the guys down, pound on em! Use that clinch and knees Mark Dellagrotte taught you when he's in close, dont just keep throwing a big cross, like your throwing a baseball, your not in a bar in southie! He had numerous chances to win that fight but kept letting him up just cause he's as stubborn and stupid as the legendary retard Andy Wang

andywang was an idiot because he fought stand up, where he has no experience. schultz is a kick boxer, if he took it to the ground he would be like andy wang.

My point is they both let their pride, and their fantasy how they want the fight to go, to out weigh their logic. Its MMA im sure he knows how to mount a dazed fighter with minimal ground skills. The other guy is a kickboxer too, when he's down and semi out, pound em out. Stop trying to set up a big knock out and get the win.

I would understand if cale yarborough was a ceaser gracie black belt, but he had no ground experience either.

In my opinion just another rockhead, like the infamous rockhead Andy "F%$king" Wang

Not sold on your comparison. Patrick's best chance was to stand and bang. He did just that. He wasn't afraid to get hit and tried to keep his fight entertaining and give himself the best chance to win. We saw the striker win the earlier fight.

I was only annoyed because he did a great job standing but should of took advantage of oppertunities. He should have won the first round easy, with a little mma tactics

I lost count of how many Overhand rights he went for, I sat and laughed since that was the only punch he actually did more than 3 times

There's no comparison.

Andy Wang is a BJJ black belt with limited striking and he chose to stand. Patrick Schultz is a kickboxer with no ground game and he tried to keep it standing.

Schultz's gameplan took him as far as it could with his unspectacular takedown defense and cardio (and a broken hand apparently). Wang's gameplan was the absolute worst one possible and completely favored his opponent.

^^^yeah, the overhand right kinda made me smile too. Throws 'em a lot like Wang did - but he landed a few of 'em.

As for a comparison, nah...Wang is a legend for completely refusing to use his biggest strength, Schultz did. Wang crying after the fight and the editing really made him look like a goof (and BJ's "whaaaaaa whaaaaaa whaaaaa"). Schultz just mouthed off like a kid who just cried uncle to an older brother.

They both telegraphed big over hand rights, over and over and over again.
