One thing I noticed this week is how big Forrest looks. I always thought he looked pretty slim for his fights but he's actually pretty stacked.

yeah Forrest doesnt really put alot into his blogs but its always nice to have his perspective.

He was much better when he & Bonnar were doing the 'He said ... He said' blogs for TUF2 & TUF3. I just think he has finally hit TUF overload and doesn't give a crap anymore.

Rampage's blogs are really good, I mean beyond normal good. They are great!

He doesn't have one up yet for episode 7 but reading the other episodes it was great. He even apologizes for over training dolce, and calles may a dumbass
