i think he can hang with any of the guys on the show except for nelson, if they could avoid that match uptill the finale, it would make a lot of people want to watch the finals.

I don't care what people say. We have all seen him take a punch... It was a fluke...
He has a shit load to learn, though.
The thing that irks me is that he apparently disrespected Bas. I mean, what person in their right mind would fuck that opportunity up

He's only hated on because as people have pointed out, he was headlining mma events with more legitimate fighters fighting under him.
He's a good fighter I'd say especially for HW. His hands are quicker than most other Heavyweights. But people are always going to hate those who are the most popular. The more fans you get, the more haters you get as well.

Thats absurd he was floored by a fricking one legged off balance jab from a LHW! Any legit prime HW will destory kimbo.

Does this really need to be done again?
The reasons Kimbo catches so much flak:
1. The way the shaws promoted him as the best fighter ever for beating up cans tailor made for him to beat. And occasionally only beating them by questionable refereeing.
2. His backyard hobo fighting history being the reason he was so marketable. (man, i get guys like Nick Diaz who were fighting professional athletes since they were 18 are really kicking themselves for not just spending those first few years beating up retards in back alleys and youtubing it)
3. The fact that he was so marketable because of backyard fighting being the opposite of the direction MMA needed and needs to go.
4. His general ghetto bullshit attitude, mostly evidenced in his backyard boxing videos.
5. The fact that he brings absolutely nothing special as a fighter to the table at all. Kimbo is not as terrible a fighter as people make him out to be, but he is pretty far from the top 50 in his weight class.
6. Bas calling him out on his work ethic seals the deal for me. Ruten was the only reason I thought for a second that someday Kimbo could be a legitimate fighter. Now that is gone.
A certain amount of the Kimbo hate is elitism, same as Lesnar hate. A lot of the reasons he is disliked have little to do with him. And you absolutely cannot blame him for letting himself be marketed like he was and getting paid. That doesn't mean i have to respect how he got to this point or legitimize his hype until he earns some of it.
And anybody who actually thinks Kimbo is going to win the ultimate fighter, even with the quality of the playing field being kind of shallow, is insane. Will not happen. Not with the guys they have already announced, and thats not saying a whole lot.

I think there are 3-4 guys better than him on the show.
But on that note he is not garbage as ppl may want you to believe and he will cause problems for anyone inside and outside that house
