Checked out his record. When i watched the show. I picked Dante to win the whole thing then checked his record at sherdog. No wonder he had 10-2, his 2 losses is good fighters, wins is BUMS. Im not fighting bashing but i think Dante is overrated. IMO

not everyone can start in the ufc. and everyone who starts at a lower promotion is not going to have great competition every time. he still held the belt in cffc, so good compitition or not he still stuck it out and got the wins

the older experienced guy never wins the whole thing, just look at Bobby Southworth or Kalib Starnes. It's always one of the younger guys.

I still think Rivera will have a solid run in the ufc, picking up a few wins, but losing to the upper echelon fighetrs he faces.

I just don't see Dante even making it to the finals. He has a few holes in his game that could be exposed by an experienced grappler.

I think guys like Tim Credeur or Gerald Harris could stop him easily in the first round.

Yeah but if he faces a guy like Gerald Harris where he can work his Jiu Jitsu from the bottom we could really see his submissions come into play as he is better at guard than on top.

Danzig is only 27 so he is still fairly young in MMA terms. Serra & Lutter weren't the oldest guys on TUF 4. The avg age on that show was older than all of the others b/c it was made up of all veterans.
