why should i feel sorry for people who choose to live below sea level right next to the gulf? if my house flooded the govt wouldn't be there to bail me out and i live 4 hours from the coast. i'm sick of the lazy lower class standing around and asking for handouts, it should be survival of the fittest. our county is being dragged down by bums who don't contribute to society. cry my eyes out? i don't think so

About the time this happened the National Guard blocked off all the major entrances

People are so funny I heard a story about these 6 guys that took their work id's from some ware house and when up to the national guards road blocks and said PRESS as they showed their work id's... they got threw and helped 3 families trapped on their roofs

Alot of the people are not back on their feet because they won't get off their asses. I live close to New Orleans and there is work everywhere, but no one wants to work and take a chance on missing a handout.
