What kind of frame...er body type does Cale have? Certain body types can handle dropping weight better than others. I can't drop weight at all... not possible. I'm 6'8" 220... slender and athletic like Anderson Silva. I think guys with a bulkier body type can drop weight easier. So if Cale was well over 200lbs in high school... as long as he wasn't a slender guy then I think the weight cut would be ok. If he was a slender 200lbs then it could affect him.

Shit, I could give you a good example of that but I can't remember the guys name. For the very last UFC ppv, at the weigh-in one of the guys looked soooo skinny. You could tell his body-type wasn't right for cutting the weight. Some help? Who was that guy who looked like skeletor at the weigh-ins???

Yeah, he was big. Thinking about it I can see him being able to drop it. It just kinda caught m off guard to see his name on this list. Hoping he does well though!

Were you thinking of Hazellet?

I might have been thinking of him. I'll have to watch the weigh-in again but I recall thinking to myself that one guy specifically looked almost ill at the weigh-in because he was so skinny. It was like looking at an x-ray of a normal fighter... meaning you could see his ribs.

Totally agree with this. If you give me the show for free I won't complain, even if the fights kinda suck. I'll watch Andy Wang duke it out with Danny Abbidi if it's free. What sucks is when you shell out cash for a stinker PPV, like the upcoming UFC 83.

Yeah, it was better when that stuff was done up with the production value that PRIDE had ;)
