We don't know what the alleged "human rights violation" is. If it's something morally repugnant -- like supporting terrorism, or torture -- then that's fucked up, and should be condemned. But if it's something relatively contrived and pathetic -- like warrantless searches, short-term detainment without charge, etc. -- then nobody is likely to care much. A counter-insurgency special forces operation is never going to operate like that time when you went to the DMV on Long Island and got your driver's license.

your failure to view this article in the context in which it was written is the problem. just because there is a document saying that we have battle plans for a Canadian invasion, doesn't mean we are actually suggesting it's implementation. look at these manuals as more a philosophy of counter-insurgent fighting.
your argument is that taking the editorialization of this manual, you suggest that we are ACTIVELY employing terrorists and running "false flag" operations. anyone with any military service in iraq can tell you that this is simply not the case.

The three that warrant further inquiry are "employing terrorists, false flag operations and concealing human rights abuses from journalists." So please provided proof of these claims from the original source material.

But the fact of the matter is that the U.S. is involved in more covert operation than any other country on earth. I guess covert could be disputed because if the operations are actually covert, well then we probally dont know of them. One thing is for sure the U.S. has been involved in more operations or just plain old fashioned wars than any other country on earth...Russia is a close second.
