Actually you can test on the side of the road, its a little strip they put in your mouth. You talk about killing co-workers, well people come in drunk all the time...so I fail to see your point. The fact is if booze and cigs are legal, then weed should be as well. The real reason its illegal is due to a few big corps getting scared about it effecting there paper and rope sales and effectively shutting it down...

Where are these being used? Why are employer's sending people to test facilities then waiting for the results?

You are choosing to not see my point about coworkers: breathalyzers solve the booze problem. Yes, we are breathalyzed if suspected of drinking while at work BECAUSE WE CAN KILL EACH OTHER AT MY JOB IF WE FUCK UP.

When you say beer and cigs should be legal then stating weed should be as a fact...thats not a fact..thats your opinion.

Because they want tests for the last week or so, not just on the spot. Cops use them in my state all the time. You just don't like weed, you believe the sterotypes portrayed, but really no drug has a place at the work place, so that is not an issue.

Lets back up a few posts here. No one ever said that ANY drug was ok in the workplace. What was said is there is no way to TEST for certain drugs, UNLIKE BOOZE.
