Stephen Colbert and John Stewart are the only real/decent/entertaining liberal pundits.

I wish they had a conservative counterpart, but conservatives don't seem to have the same sense of humor.

I don't listen to Coulter much, but I do read her books. If you look past all of the outlandish statements she makes, she makes a lot of sense and has an excellent grasp on our culture.

There aren't any liberal pundits because they are too worried about being PC and hurting someone's feelings. They wouldn't want to look hypocritical would they?

The people you listed aren't really "conservatives", those are just politically moderate bible belt types. They pretty much don't care about anything political unless its also religious, then they get really fierce on it. Come on read ann coulter and tell me shes "conservative". I think shes made some good points a few times and shes funny, but shes essentially the offline equivalent of a troll, she says stupid stuff on purpose to make liberals say even more stupid stuff in anger. Shes good at it though.

As for why liberals don't have the sort of debate pitbulls who specifically make fun of/hunt the opposition like most other ideologies have; liberalism revolves around triggering feelings of envy and jealousy in the less fortunate in the population via painting images of these vague, shadowy hands manipulating everything and being the reason for their suffering, the same as its bi-product, Marxism.

You can't 'debate' like this, because theres no logic or math involved. You will get destroyed like liberals do on here when occasionally one gets angry enough to stray from the passive-aggressive herd and directly engage somebody.

You can only preach it to the choir. They make up for what they lack in substance with blaming for example; obesity, poverty, stupidity etc on "the system" rather than the individual, giving them that 'do you have no heart!?' unique voter combo of upper middle class yuppie suburban housewife/poor ghetto/trailerpark-dweller.

Since this is nice on paper but can't stay afloat in an argument where people will ask where these vague shadowy hands come from, liberals tend to avoid having pitbull-types like the ones you mentioned in favor of preacher types.

Use the war as an example. The democrats have cashed in big time getting their worshipers to see the war/bush admin as that shadowy oppressive hand responsible for all unrelated problems in the country.

Now, once again just as a random example, in a 1 on 1 debate, this just doesn't hold up. We've spent so little on entire war and our entire military (4% GDP) compared with how much we spend on wasteful, unsuccessful democrat domestic programs, that this makes very little sense to blame the vast varying trends of a stagnating economy on the war alone.

But when you have no opposition, just a guy preaching this to a crowd of depressed/apathetic/disgruntled people, throwing in stuff that sounds good but once again makes no sense, like "we need to repair americas public image with the world" and somehow relating that to the economy without exactly saying so, that lights the retards emotions on fire. Two very different approaches to winning people over.
