Looks like standard cop procedure, what's the problem?
I notice a trend in most of these police beating civilians videos that make it to light, and that is 9 times out 10 the person getting the beatdown really isn't offering much in the way of resistance.
They might not be complying, but they aren't attacking the cops either. It seems to me that you take the same situation and put some guy built like a linebacker in there, with a short fuse about to blow, and the police are all calm, considerate, and easy going. But if you're a woman, a granny, some skinny kid sitting on the floor, (an easy target!) Let's beat the shit out of them and show them who's top cop! In this way the police act like any other predator going to the weakest easiest mark.
I don't know if these departments notice this, but something that needs to be addressed or else just consider this shit par for the course from now on.

The cops told him to roll over and he didn't. I'm not sure if he understood, but you have to do what the cops tell you to do or they'll use more physical force to make you do what they want you to do.

I tend to take video of police being rough with suspects with a grain of salt, because for some strange reason, the camera never seems to be rolling during the run up to the guy getting his ass kicked. That can give a skewed perspective on an incident.

Its situations like that that i thank god ive gotten to beat cops up in training any cop whos came to our dojo with an asshole additude well any asshole at that gets it till they dont wan to come back anymore.

That is a shame. I have no respect for the boys in blue, they keep protecting these people. This happens all to often with an unsatisfactory outcome.
