And you base this on what exactly?
It goes against all sound economic thinking that a price floor will not lead to economic distortions in ANY good - wages are not excepted.

Higher level workers have a big edge. If you have a lot of work experience, employers will probably look for you first. I work with software, and low end guys have no luck. Senior guys can still find a job pretty easily.

I guess he means the GDP is up, which is correct.
But GDP = C + G + I. Government has dramatically increased it's spending and encouraged people to consume more. That has nothing to do with productivity or a sustainable recovery. All it means you went deeper into debt.
