What, I get those countries mixed up... is this the country with massive oil deposits, a corrupt government that funnels billions in the pockets of a few wealthy city dwellers and large multi-national corporations while the poor Africans near the coast have their fishing and farm land destroyed, and are held in crushing poverty, unable to find work, clean drinking water, or food while billions of dollars of oil passes right out from under their feet?
Is it that country we are talking about and the poor peasant farmers who have been poisoned, starved, masacred, robbed, and silenced the same ones who have become terrorists to terrorize these enormous multinational corporations that pay hundreds of millions of dollars to fund tgheir own provate armies as well have having coopted the national army?
Just checking, because I can never keep Niger and Nigeria straight. The names are just too similar.
