The Smiley Face Killers:

First off, I used the serch function and found nothing on this. If a similar thread exists I apologize. I dont frequent the War Room too often, although I do care deeply about current events and politics.

Now onto the topic.

Smiley Face Murders

KSTP.com - What are officials doing about the new Jenkins evidence?

I live in Minneapolis Minnesota and right now we are dealing with the emergence of a group of killers known as "The Smiley Face Killers".

Basically over the past 10 there have been over 50 cases of young, athletic, smart, well liked, college men ending up in a river or lake after a night of drinking. The police ruled every case and accidental death due to over-intoxication.

Except for here in MN. Chris Jenkis case was changed from an accident to a murder. Thanks to the work of a P.I hired by Chris Jenkins family. Now two retired New York detectives have concrete evidence that points towards a gang of Serial Killers operating accross the country. The FBI and the MPLS PD want nothing to do with their info. Basically saying they dont believe it.

And just Friday night in Minneapolis another mans body was found in the Mississippi river.

Im simply trying to spread the word to put some pressure on the local law enforcement and the FBI to acknowledge the fact that there is a group of Serial Killers out there.

I'm sure the FBI will take it seriously once they see this thread.

I don't know. We obviously have the same thing here in LaCrosse. Something like 8 or 9 drownings in the last 10 years, but honestly, the bars downtown are only a block or two away from the river, and people just get way too drunk here. I could believe that foul play might have happened once or twice, but I doubt it's a serial killer.

Dude, do you honestly think that drunk people just go and walk into rivers. Not just drunk people, young men who are their with their friends. Why is it always men that all weigh within 30 lbs. of each other and are with in 4 inches of height?

And its not just La Crosse. Its Minneapolis, St. Cloud, Chicago, Eau Claire, as well as cities in many other states. And yes, the men there all match the same description.

I live in Minneapolis, and have been to the bars down town. The Mississippi River is about
2+ miles from the heart of Downtown Minneapolis bars. One can not simply wander into the Mississippi from Downtown Minneapolis. They either need to make it a point to go to the river, or have to be taken there.

Are you one of those guys that needs an authority figure to tell you what to believe? Because its sad if you cant see that some fucked up shit is going on.

And a city will deny that there is a Serial Killer as long as possible. Read this article by an expert.

Wait, I just read that article, and a few things stood out.

One:

"The smiley face gang is loosely connected via the Internet and various members meet up, kidnap young college-age men off the street by throwing them into a waiting cargo van, then torture their victims for hours before dumping the unconscious young men into a nearby river."

How do they know that they use a cargo van, and if the victims were tortured that would show up in the autopsy, so of course they wouldn't be listed as an accidental drowning.

Two:

"water washes away all the DNA evidence."

I've seen one or two episodes of CSI, and that's just bullshit.

Supposedly the two detectives who have been working on these cases for years have more information but are withholding untill they get support from the local PD's and the FBI. Also, they dont want to put too much info out there and drive the suspects underground.

Once again, this is just what Ive heard on local radio but apparently they even have names and a witness or two. There is supposed to be more information coming out by monday night.

The MPLS police chief was supposed to talk to Channel 5 here on Friday night. But another mans body was found in the Mississippi river. He was recently identified, and he is 38 years old. So he doesnt really fit the pattern. But who knows, maybe its a sign that they are getting less picky/upset over something.

they killed a Muay thai fighter!!!

from the website:

Tampa, Florida – Bouquets of flowers and fruit from Thailand now float in the pond where the body of 34-year-old Timothy Chipley was found Friday.

Saturday, friends gathered at the pond, which is in the middle of an apartment complex in Carrollwood, to remember the expert martial artist with a passion for work and working out.

Investigators are not classifying his death as a homicide.

Chipley – who also went by ‘Chip’ – was last seen last Saturday night when he joined a group of friends at O’Brien’s Irish Pub in Carrollwood.

His friends left, but Chipley stayed on to talk with some women he’d met. Surveillance video showed Chipley still at the bar at 2 a.m.

Days later, Chipley didn’t show up to work.

Then, Wednesday, he missed a flight to Thailand, where he had planned to go to prepare for a martial arts competition.

Friday evening, someone spotted something peculiar in a pond at the Countrywood Apartments on North Dale Mabry. Dive teams went into the water and pulled out a body that was later identified as Chipley’s. The complex is less than half a mile from O’Brien’s.

Yeah, I read that one. That one stood out to me. It goes with my theory that they are using attractive women to lure them out of the bars.

How else do you kidnap over 50 guys without anyone seeing, or at least one of them getting away.

PUSSY! They are using chick to lure them out of the bar. What else would make a guy ditch his friends.

Just my theory.
