Disgusting.......people in the western world has become fat and lazy. They would not step up to their own responsibility and self-control. Nobody placed a gun to these gamblers' heads and force them inside the casino. No casino has ever made a dime from me, because I have never been interested in pissing my money away.

You might argued they are having a disease. Isn't it your responsibility to get help if you have developed a problem? Should all companies selling junk food compensate fatasses because their foods are so tempting? If you don't want to excercise self-control and resort to blaming others, then you don't deserve any shred of sympathy.

Its the jurors....all it means is the "average" people (those who can't get out of jury duty) think its ok to compensate everyone for everything which falls in the realm of common sense...or lack of, whatever.

What the fuck are you smoking? In the real world, if a company doesn't keep their end of a deal they get sued. For lots of money. And lose.
Go ahead and add "Learn What a Contract Entails," to the laundry list of things you should do before making your next post, but can't because it requires a brain.
