I am only speaking from experience and common sense, but no, I have no expertise on disaster photos. Yes, I do hope they release the photos, as many as possible. It will hopefully clear some things up, but I have a gut feeling that even with incontrovertible evidence, the CTers would still there is a conspiracy.
OK... take this most recent disaster. Flight 5171 that killed 50 people.
How many photos of bodies have you seen?
How much of the disaster site have you seen?
Me, I haven't seen much of anything. The reason being that the investigation team hasn't released any such photos (or very, very few) to the news media. They probably have already taken 1000s of photos, and they are probably pretty far along in their investigation.
Are they hiding something?
Why won't they release the photos?
I think they are covering up something!
That is essentially what the CTers are asking the investigation team to do- release information to people that have nothing to do with anything, namely, to Internet armchair "experts" on the 9/11 CT.
So, we return to my original claim that 1) the CTers have no right to see these photos, and 2) absense of evidence does not equal the govt being guilty of something, and 3) even if the photos were released, the CTers would not find it sufficient, or they would dismiss it, or they would say it was faked, and so on...
So it really is a lose-lose situation for the govt.
And I'll finalize this by saying I really do hope they release as much as possible, and that we find out what really happened. I just doubt we'll ever be able to come to a consensus with as much disinformation and false information that is out there (from both sides).
