That's the whole reason Mormonism got off the ground in the first place.
L. Ron Hubbard of Scientology fame created the "Commadore Messenger Organization" within his hard-core Sea Org, and it consisted solely of fanatically loyal teens of both sexes that catered to his every whim. Hubbard was probably at least a dabbling bisexual, if the notes of Jack Parson are to be believed.
Jim Jones forced People's Temple members, male and female, to have sex with him.
Raelians don't even bother to try to hide the sexual angle to their doctrine.
Mormonism is particularly interesting because it stands midway between the state of being a cult and a bona fide religion - it's not quite there yet but if it manages to survive and expand for another 50 years or so, I think it's basically in the clear, but you can still see the vestiges of it's beginnings as a cult.
Of course, all mainstream religions used to be cults, and behaved in much the same way as today's cults(inward-looking, hostile to outsiders, esoteric wisdom, prophets and holy men etc), but time has given them a veneer of legitimacy and enough strength to not have to be so hostile to criticism.
