Instead of worrying about terrorism, they should put these troops to good use and send them into these shitty neighborhoods, like on the west side of Chicago. Maybe their presence around some of these high schools will keep kids from getting beat up and shot on a weekly basis like they do here.

This should be an immediate concern over worrying about the "possibility" of terrorist threats.

Whats to stop an ambitious general from marching these guys right into d.c.? it wouldnt be the first time in human history it has happened. This is exactly why our country has lasted so long, the military has never had an active role domestically. The founding fathers warned about this kind of thing...........
