I completely disagree... Bush is not a very intelligent person nor is he cunning. He is more of a head piece than anything else - rich, famous family involved in politics, born again, rich, rich..etc. He surrounded himself with a like minded brain trust that has clearly done the majority of the decision making during his disastrous 8 years. More than anything else, his lack of cunning, insight and general intelligence allowed his presidency and his decision making to be led down the primrose path by the likes of Cheney, Wolfowitz, Pearl, Rumsfeld..etc.
