So we should let them have nukes cause they would only use them if they were ever attacked or at war? Oh ok. First of all even if that is true thats pretty fucked and we should not let them develop them in the first place. Second of all tell that to japan, the country that N korea is conducting missle tests at and firing missles over.

The US is partly to blame for the escalating nuclear ambitions of N. Korea. After Madeleine Albright visited Pyongyang in 2000 under Clinton's 2nd term, a deal was made with North Korea.

After Bush took office, the US reneged on their part of the deal. The US took a more hardline stance against N. Korea. That coupled with Bush proclaiming N. Korea under the "axis of evil" have made the North Koreans more worried about attempted regime change.

Secondly, North Korea already has nukes. The missile test is just a bargaining tactic to obtain more concessions in aid and to pressure an end to sanctions. They are not going to nuke Japan.

Yeah this saberattling will get worse and worse I really don't know if Bush should cut a deal. I think it makes sense to, maybe give this fuckweed a chance to not get bitchslapped by all parties. Russia will also be pissed, they don't want nuclear debris through their waters.

Why would Kim honor a deal from Kerry, when he didn't honor one from Clinton?
