I often wonder how Americans feel about the US economy and the drastic drop of the US currency.

In Canada with the large gain of the loonie (fucking loonie) what a stupid name for currency.

Anyways now our industrial sectors are seeing large losses because they are unable to take advantage of the high American dollar and do business in American funds.

The town I live in just shed 1300 jobs in 3 different industries. These are high paying jobs that drive our local economy.

Anyways, are most Americans worried about the economy or do alot still believe their is no problem?

I remember having this conversation about a year ago and most Americans felt like the drop in the dollar was by choice and in the long run a good thing.
