Four year olds can't really have sex so it's kind of a moot point (except me when I was four but I'm special).
The point of this thing isn't to force the little kids to sex with each other, but to allow them to explore their own and others body's.
And no, an 18 year old can't have sex with a 12 year old. Well, he/she can but they'll go to jail.

Well, I'm rather surprised. What's the reason why the 18 year old can't have sex with a 12 year old?
I might be wrong, but I think I've read somewhere that there's a minority "Pedophile party" that's trying to change things, enabling adults to have sex with children. I think it was in Sweden, though.

Kids are naturally curious and if they want to explore then they should be allowed to (under the right circumstances as the woman in the article points out). It isn't forcing kids to participate, just allowing them to do it if they want.
This was common when I was in kindergarden too. I think I lost my virginity at age four.

Come on - masturbating in pre-k? Kids can't be that horny that they need to rub themselves during school hours.
My oldest is 7 and he has no clue about this stuff, I enjoy him being a kid and wouldn't want this stuff forced on him earlier than it needs to.

I don't mean to be a jerk, but are you being willfully dense?
You do know what an age of consent is, right?
If the age of consent is 14, people that are 14 can have sex with anyone that is 14 years or older.
If the age of consent is 16, people that are 16 can have sex with anyone that is 16 years or older.
And so on....
It isn't hard to grasp. 12 is below the age of consent and the 18 year old will therefore pay the price, even if it's consensual.

Yeah, and as you might imagine they are not exactly polling in the double digits.
They are a fringe party, like a white power party.
What is your point?

I belive kids should be allowed to be kids too.
They're allowed to do what they want. No one is forcing them to do anything.
What they are doing is not restricting them from exploring on their own conditions and under the right circumstances.
Like I said, this was common even back when I was in kindergarden and I turned out fine.

There's no point. I'm just curious and wanted some questions answered. This is bizarre...even though I live in Las Vegas, sex capital of the US.

As for this, I was wondering because I'd thought that your country's views on sex was not as conservative as it is here in the US. Then I concluded that since sex amongst children in your country was OK, I'd thought that there would be no reason for your country to view adults having sex with children as lawfully wrong.

But if one kid is masturbating, all of a sudden your toddler wants to discuss serious issues with you instead of playing with blocks and coloring. I like hearing about aliens more.
Also, at least in the US, workplaces and schools don't make accomodations for masturbating and sex, why in the hell would a kindergarden make those accomodations?
