McCain mentioned Meg Whitman as an excellent choice to be the Treasury Secretary. Why does he believe this?

a.) She will sell all of the bad mortgage debt on EBay at a tremendous profit
b.) Running the world's largest lawn sale is excellent preparation to be a key member of the president's cabinet and 5th in the line of presidential succession.
c.) Who would be better suited to tell us how to put an end to golden parachutes and create jobs in a troubled economy?
d.) He's old fashioned and still believes that secretaries should be women

Bad idea

Ebay is laying off staff but more importantly they are experts at washing their hands of responsibility off all the scams and thievery that goes on on Ebay. They have changed a bit to asuade disgruntled users but still pathetic in their policing efforts. If you sell or buy on Ebay and the risks involved, then you know Meg sure as hell shouldn't be anywhere in government.
