yeah, what a jackass.

People who deliberately put large objects on rail tracks should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

It really is fucked up how just about anyone could take out a train. So many blind turns that you could leave just about anything on the track. I think this falls in the same category as people who intentionally start forest fires.

They're cowards who can't even face their victims but then do more damage than any one serial killer. Even if this one is telling the truth he's still a coward and why the fuck would he do it on a train track if he didn't want to take people down with him?

I say tie him to a train track and leave him there a few days before running him over slowly.

When I was 11 years old my buddies and I put a fiberglass surfboard on the train tracks. The train shattered it into 10,000 pieces and the older guys at the beach beat the living shit out of us for our stupidity. We were lucky that a beat down was all we caught.

This asshole used an SUV. They should tie his ass to the train tracks as punishment.

That piece of shit "attempted" to kill himself and at the last minute aborted and instead killed 11 people. He should be tortured.

I have ridden the Metrolink before and I can't imagine how brutal that would be if the train derailed and toppled over. I am seriously shocked more people didn't die.
