An unstable girl who was 13 was being teased and did something about it I suppose, then the bullys mom decided to mess with her even more by pretending to be a 16 year old boy who falls in love with her, then all the sudden after a few weeks or something she breaks up with her telling her to kill herself and she is ugly etc etc. Suicide happens. The mom pretending to be a guy who falls in love to break up with her. I think the mom should have a harsher penalty.

I am probably wrong with about 50% of this, for this was a while ago.

Good, she's a bitch, fuck her. I'm glad they found a technicality and followed it through. Probably thinking more with emotion than logic in this one instance, but I find what she did particulary sickening

I'm sure many times there is discretion involved when deciding whether or not to charge a crime...and I imagine that there are countless times where this crime could have been (but wasn't) charged. But when one considers the damage was done in this case, well...I think it deserves charging...thats just they way it is.
