If my country was responsible for even 1/20th of the shit claimed in that article I would devote the rest of my life to punishing those who did it, legally or illegally, and making sure my country compensated the injured parties and apologized to the world....really...

It´s one thing to be in denial about the bad things the US does, like a lot of posters on this boards are, it´s only natural to disbelieve that those who you love can do horrible things....but if you KNOW, if you have the inside scoop, how the hell can you justify not spending the rest of your life trying to atone for this stuff, and bring it to the attention of the public.....that´s my definition of true patriotism.

First off i said "i know about it" I didnt say if it was true or false. Its old news. Who's in denial? Iam sure not. I said every country has done things good/bad. To single out America is just wrong. BTW, I sleep just fine.

I had to come back and answer your post. It was bugging me. I remember being asked this before so looked for the responce I had posted previously, here it is in part:

....America can only solve its problems from the inside. Now some other dumb assholes might say to me, 'but you are not American so stay the fuck out of our business'. Well America is my business because they have effected directly every country I have ever lived in and still do. I am not going to run around with a shot gun shouting "get ready the end times are here we are all going to die unless we raise arms against our goverments". What I am going to do is keep spreading the information I have gathered and preparing myself and my future family for whatever it takes for them to live in a just world. I like MMA, not just to train but also because I see the bushido in the sport, and if you or anyone in here was to trully follow the warrior code (or samurai code) you wouldnt put your feet up and flick on fox forgeting the truths you are slowly being exposed to....

Oh yeah, and Darwinist needs to be commended for that post above. It may be like you're banging your head up against a brick wall (especially in the war room) but that post is brilliant.

I never trusted the US government.I knew the CIA was responsible for millions of deaths during the cold war.I lived overseas (for 17+ years)so got to see,hear and read opinions that the US media and goverment do their best to hide.

Remmember when Black people used to say the government was responsible for some of the drugs in their community, to destroy the black community.There were all these closet racists who poo pooed the idea until a CIA Whistle blower revelaed how the CIA/folks on thier payroll did bring drugs into California Black communities.I remmber this was when John Deutsch was CIA head.He had to make a trip to South Central (i think) to explain this to Black community leaders.

US support for dictators/butchers and death squads is the norm not the exception and people outside the US have know this for decades. The fascists in this country think they can make people believe (by endless repetiton) that the US supports demorcrasy and freedom.

How do you think a nation becomes all powerfull, do you think this is achieved by being just/fair and respecting human rights.The same applies to religon, there is a reason some religons are powerfull and it ain't cuz they were/are nice.
